Russia (bbabo.net), - The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tomsk region opened a criminal case against the driver of the shuttle bus, from where the passenger fell out. The victim died in the hospital.

The accident happened on February 21st. According to preliminary data, the 37-year-old driver, driving a PAZ bus, was not convinced of the safety at a public transport stop on Lazo Street and started moving with the door open. As a result, a 42-year-old passenger fell onto the roadway and was hit by the rear wheels of the bus.

The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, where he later died.

A criminal case has been initiated against the driver for violating traffic rules and operating vehicles, which negligently caused the death of a person. The person involved was suspended from driving the bus.
