Russia - Head of HRC called the situation with the 9-year-old student of Moscow State University dramatic

Russia (bbabo.net), - Head of the Council under the President of Russia for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) Valery Fadeev offered his help in organizing a discussion of the situation that developed around the training of a nine-year-old student of Moscow State University Alisa Teplyakova.

Earlier, HRC member Alexander Asmolov turned to Fadeev with a request to take control of the conflict situation with Teplyakova's studies at Moscow State University, in which the girl's parents, teachers and university staff were involved.

"I am not an expert in this area, and here we are talking about the fate of the child. I have no right to express any of my views," Fadeev told RIA Novosti and called the situation "rather dramatic."

He said that a letter with a request for help was handed over to the human rights ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova and the children's ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. "It seems to me that the ombudsman for the rights of the child is more appropriate here, but if we understand that my participation will be reasonable, then I am ready to help," Fadeev added.

The scandal with Alisa Teplyakova's father was told in the press service of the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University. The girl did not pass the subject "Introduction to Psychology" and, upset because of the wrong answer, ran out of the audience before learning the result. The girl's father was outraged and tried to break into the faculty. He attacked the head of the department, shouted at the teachers, as a result he was detained by the security of the university.

This year, Alisa Teplyakova passed the Unified State Exam in Russian, specialized mathematics, biology and computer science at the age of 8. At the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University, they expressed their readiness to accept an applicant if she copes with the entrance exams. Alice could not enter a budgetary place and was enrolled in a paid department.
