Due to the outflow of blood from the brain downward, dizziness may occur, a person may lose balance and fall. From here, injuries or even loss of consciousness are possible. And not only among the elderly.

You need to get up correctly this way, the doctor advises: first you need to prepare the body.

To stretch your muscles and gradually increase blood flow, pull your toes, then your feet towards you, then stretch your knees, hip joints, arch your back, throw your arms back, pull your neck. All movements should be smooth, without effort and load - they only stimulate blood circulation, this is not physical exercise. And only after that you can get up.

After the obligatory morning routines, it's good to start exercising.
