Loginov took silver in the pursuit race at the KM stage in Germany

Russia (bbabo.net), - Russian Alexander Loginov finished second in the pursuit at the sixth stage of the Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, Germany.

The winner was the representative of France, Quentin Fillon-Maillet, who covered the distance of 12.5 kilometers in 31 minutes 30.6 seconds and made two misses. Loginov was 8.8 seconds behind the leader with one penalty. Well, Belarusian Anton Smolsky was third (+13.1; two misses).

As for the rest of the Russians, in addition to Loginov, Maxim Tsvetkov, who took ninth place, was in the top 10 following the race. Daniil Serokhvostov finished 17th, Said Khalili - 30th.

It remains to be added that the next stage of the World Cup will be hosted by the Italian Antholz. Races will start on January 20 and run until the 23rd. The competitive program will be opened by the men's individual race.
