The Ethics Committee of the RFU will consider Gazizov's complaint to Fedun

The Ethics Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) will consider the complaint of the General Director of "Ufa" Shamil Gazizov to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Moscow "Spartak" Leonid Fedun, addressed to the head of the Russian Premier League (RPL) Ashot Khachaturyants. “The Ethics Committee of the RFU received an appeal from the president of the RPL with a request to check the statements of the chairman of the board of directors of FC Spartak Leonid Fedun about Shamil Gazizov for a possible violation of the RFU ethics regulations. The appeal will be considered at a committee meeting, the date of which will be determined in the near future, ”the RFU said.

Gazizov worked at Spartak as the CEO from July to December 2020. After leaving the club, he continues litigation with the Red-Whites over compensation. Gazizov currently holds the post of general director of Ufa.

Gazizov in January filed a new lawsuit against Spartak, demanding 86 million rubles. and reinstatement as CEO. Spartak lawyer Natalya Zavyalova announced on January 28 that the hearing on Gazizov's claim was postponed until March 4.
