Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva took part in the official training session at the Beijing Olympics after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decided on her admission to individual competitions. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

Competitions in women's single skating at the Games in Beijing will be held on February 15 and 17. Russia in the singles tournament will be represented by Valieva, Anna Shcherbakova and Alexandra Trusova.

As the “Championship” notes, Valieva performed five triple jumps in training in the short program run: triple axel, triple flip-triple toe loop and triple lutz-triple toe loop cascades.

Valieva at the end of December 2021 passed a positive doping test for trimetazidine. The results of testing became known after the end of the team figure skating competition at the Olympics, in which the Russian team with Valieva won.
