Unfortunately, few people in Kazakhstan know about short track only when it is shown at the Olympics. For example, there are many airmen shown and everyone knows them, but there are fewer of us. Our team shows good results at the World Cup, we are among the top ten teams in the world. But despite this, short track is a young sport in our country and almost no one knows about it. My dream is for everyone to know about it and watch it.
And they also say: "winter sports are not for the Kazakhs," and I wanted to erase this stereotype. We can also skate, we can also enter the world arena and the Olympics and compete with the strongest athletes in the world. I wanted to prove it. I think I succeeded, I was able to reach the final.
