Specific contracts? Why Kairat problematic parting with pupils

This off-season, Kairat has already parted ways with a large number of players, but, oddly enough, the most pressing issue has arisen with local players who are in an indefinite status two weeks before the start of the season. A bbabo.net correspondent explains why a possible breakup with Artur Shushenachev and Aibol Abiken does not look ideal.

At the first foreign training camp of "Kairat" there were no two players of the main clip, the club's pupils, the players of the national team at once - these are Abiken and Shushenachev. According to Aydin Kozhakhmet, in the case of Abiken, the situation lies in the financial plane - the midfielder is not ready to reduce personal conditions. "Kairat", apparently, is ready to part with the player, but it seems that no one is ready to pay for the Kazakh player within the domestic market. That is why a player can start the season in the Kairat youth team, although this is not beneficial for both the club (the player will earn at the level of the main team, but not benefit it), and the football player (Aybol has already moved away from the national team, and now he can lose time on the first league).

In the case of Shushenachev, the story is more mysterious. Initially, it seemed that the club would quietly sell the player to Europe (in particular, to the Polish “Shlensk”), because there was a demand for the striker. But Kairat has been at the training camp for a week now, while Shushenachev's transfer has not been announced anywhere, the player's representatives do not comment on the situation, and now it is not at all clear where the striker is. At the same time, “Kairat” could well have taken Shushenachev to TCB, because any transfer is a complex process and it is not a fact that it will take place, which is why a football player must get in shape one way or another.

Kairat has different examples of parting ways with Kazakh players. Yan Vorogovsky left twice without any problems. The story of Nuraly Alip's transfer to Zenit was probably initiated by Kairat itself.

But at the same time, we remember the scandalous departures of Akmal Bakhtiyarov and Ramazan Orazov. The club had litigation for both players.

Here it is worth paying attention to the quote of the famous sports lawyer Mikhail Prokopets, who in an interview with bbabo.net stated the following: “I know that contracts in Kairat are significantly different from all the others that are in Kazakhstan and even in Russia. In Kairat they are pretty specific."

What can be meant by specific?

"Kairat" is trying in every possible way to protect their pupils from agents, and if they appear, the player's status in the club can change significantly. "Kairat" is not ready to pay salaries of more than four million tenge per month to local players (Kairat Boranbaev publicly spoke about this), this ceiling confuses the pupils, too, because they can receive more even in medium-sized KPL clubs. Also, "Kairat" does not want their pupils to go directly to other Kazakh clubs.

It is curious how in the end Kairat will act in situations with Abiken and Shushenachev, but the club has less time to resolve these issues. For example, if the Almaty residents still want to sell Shushenachev to Poland, then there are less than two weeks left for this - the transfer window in Ekstraklasa closes on February 28.
