It is also important to emphasize the difference between generations and the changes that have taken place in football. We see that Islamkhan, Shomko, Logvinenko, Kuat - the best players of their age category, have not established themselves in foreign clubs.
At the same time, we are watching the successes of Zainutdinov, Vorogovsky and now Alip. They are players of a slightly different mindset and thinking, perhaps they have even less talent, but more focus, professionalism, and understanding of how to build a career.
