All three Russian duets claim medals. According to the results of the short program, which took place the day before, Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov are second - right behind the Chinese pair Sui Wenjing - Han Cong. The gap between the duets is minimal, which means that we are in for an interesting fight. As Vladimir Morozov said after the performance, the skaters are satisfied with they performed - they coped with all the elements and got the best result of the season. The couple intends to show everything they are capable of in the free program.
In third place are Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov, and in fourth place are Alexandra Boikova and Dmitry Kozlovsky.
As in the short program, in the free program, our couples and the strongest Chinese duet will skate in the last warm-up. Boikova-Kozlovsky will take to the ice at 16.21 Moscow time, Mishina-Gallyamov at 16.29, and Tarasova-Morozov at 16.37.
