Football clubs of the English Premier League on Tuesday unanimously agreed to immediately suspend the agreement with the Russian broadcasting partner Rambler (Okko Sport) in connection with the situation in Ukraine, the R-Sport agency reports, citing the league's official website.

On Monday, The Telegraph announced the imminent cessation of showing Premier League and Championship matches in Russia, as well as FA Cup games. It was noted that the decision to suspend was taken after British parliamentarians criticized the rights holders.

Premier League clubs have also decided to donate £1 million to the Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) to deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
