At the time of his death, comedian Bob Saget was infected with the coronavirus, reports The Sun, citing autopsy data.

Saget was found dead in bed in a hotel room in Orlando on January 9.

Death was the result of an accidental head injury received at the hotel - he hit the back of his head on an unidentified object. According to pathologists, there is no direct connection between death and coronavirus.

In addition, Saget had an enlarged heart and coronary artery disease, but they were not the cause of death.

Neither drugs nor alcohol were found in the blood of a 65-year-old man - this became known on January 11.
