Maksakova asked Putin to protect her from her ex-husband

Singer and ex-State Duma deputy Maria Maksakova, in a conversation with NEWS.ru, admitted that she turned to Russian President Vladimir Putin for help. She asked the head of state to amend Article 210.1. The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on "Occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy" for fear of reprisals from ex-husband Vladimir Tyurin.

Recently, the court ruled to transfer the apartment on the Presnenskaya embankment to its children: 14-year-old Lyudmila and 17-year-old Ilya. Maksakova called this outcome expected and explained that she did not appear at the meeting because of fear for her life. The reason for her fears was a difficult relationship with her ex-spouse.

“I was told that my next visit could end very badly for me - with a lethal outcome. He has all the resources for this. And I don't have an apartment now - only my life is left, I'm very scared that they will take it away, too, ”complained Maksakova.

Earlier, Maksakova called the demands for the transfer of her apartment to the children "extortion."
