Russia (bbabo.net), - One of the Russian banks has transferred part of its employees working remotely to a four-day work week.
As RBC managed to find out, the experiment began in January 2022. It involves 12 percent of the staff: these are IT specialists and employees of other departments, including top managers.
"If we receive unequivocal positive results, we will be ready to introduce such a schedule for the most productive back office employees," the credit institution said.
It is noted that the experiment will last until the end of the year and will affect about a thousand employees of the bank.
Incidentally, a recent poll showed that the majority of Russians (78 percent) are positive about the idea of shortening working days. At the same time, 47 percent of respondents noted that such a work schedule would not suit their leaders.
