McDonald's announced the closure of its restaurants in Ukraine

McDonald's has decided to temporarily close its restaurants in Ukraine. This was reported on the official page of the Ukrainian representation of the network in Instagram.

“We have decided to close all our restaurants in Ukraine. Our employees stay at home with their families for their safety. We really want to open our doors for you again, and do what we do best - to give delicious and wonderful moments! Take care of yourself,” the message says.

The closure of restaurants comes against the backdrop of a military special operation to protect Donbass. In response, Ukraine introduced martial law throughout the country.

After that, many Ukrainians began to leave the shelled cities. Residents of Kiev, Kharkov and other cities are stuck in kilometer-long traffic jams, leaving their homes and hiding in the subway.
