According to him, such statements are incompatible with the status of a deputy.
“Here is an occasion for the colleagues of this deputy: how does he feel in general? Who is he referring to? It turns out that this deputy proposes to put his voters against the wall? For the fact that they take on the function of public authorities? Not only does he publicly call for the commission of a criminal offense - the mass murder of animals," Burmatov said.
He also offered to "shoot" him first as an animal rights activist.
Earlier, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Alexander Mikhailov, proposed shooting stray dogs, and “putting people up against the wall” who advocate for stray dogs.
