Now sports teachers working in villages and cities with a population of up to 100 thousand people can count on this payment (previously there was a limit of up to 50 thousand people). The corresponding decree of the government of the region is published on the official Internet portal of legal information of the republic.
As the head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, noted, the program helps sports teachers to gain a foothold in the countryside.
- Bashkortostan was a pioneer in the implementation of this project - several regions of Russia launched similar programs after us. We plan to consider in the near future the possibility of increasing payments sent to trainers - project participants, - the head of the region emphasized.
According to the Ministry of Sports of Bashkiria, in 2020, 34 sports teachers received certificates worth 600 thousand rubles, and another 20 in 2021. Most grants were allocated to coaches in two remote rural areas - Abzelilovsky and Beloretsky. In the first - ten such specialists, in the second - nine. An important point: under this program, not "live" money is allocated, but a certificate that can only be used for certain purposes - the purchase of housing or land, the construction of a house, the purchase of a car, or for training.
For example, one of the first recipients of the 2020 certificate, the boxing coach of the sports and recreation complex in the village of Inzer, Beloretsk district, Rinat Murzagildin, bought a house, so he does not have to change his place of residence.
- This is a real support, although, I confess, I was still not going to leave my native places and leave the boys I train. But it's nice that they don't forget about us, - said Rinat.
By the way, after receiving a grant, each trainer must work in the countryside for at least five years.
