Moldova (bbabo.net), - Former Democratic MP Constantin Botnari, nicknamed "Borsetka", was put on the wanted list by Interpol today, February 18, with the aim of arrest and extradition. The information was confirmed by the new head of the General Police Inspectorate, Viorel Cernautanu, reports jurnaltv.md

Let us remind you that earlier the court arrested in absentia the former PDM deputy Konstantin Botnari.

According to prosecutors, Botnari is involved in obtaining identity cards and foreign passports for people from Plahotniuc's entourage.

Also earlier, Botnari said that he had applied to the prosecutor's office for an investigation to be conducted in the UK, where he is now with his family. The former politician was included in the database of the International Organization "Interpol" to establish his whereabouts at the request of the Chisinau authorities.
