The plans to grow a branch of a majestic olive tree in the Chechen land, under the shade of which the Messenger of Allah rested, were announced by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov.

According to the politician, experts have already begun work on this with the assistance of the Jordanian authorities, where the tree grows.

Kadyrov expressed confidence that this idea will be implemented in the near future.

The eight-meter-high sculpture of the historic olive tree was officially unveiled the day before. The exhibit is installed at the entrance to the Grozny mosque “Heart of Chechnya”.
