The TelecomDaily agency has published the results of a study on the most effective subscriber protection services conducted among Russian cellular users.

As the survey showed, 90% of subscribers received calls from scammers at least once, and 37% faced fraud in instant messengers. Several times a year, 35% of respondents receive calls from scammers, and 27% - several times a month.

Tinkoff Mobile and MegaFon have the largest number of services to protect subscribers from fraudsters, although some of them are working in test mode.

The most important service is the ability to block incoming calls from numbers using number spoofing. This option is offered free of charge by bank virtual operators: SberMobile, VTB Mobile and Tinkoff Mobile.

In terms of total points, Tinkoff Mobile had the highest quality of services (293 points). In second place is MegaFon with 221 points. Yandex took the third place among the owners of protection services.
