The Hyundai Motor CIS company presented in Russia a new Staria minivan, which replaced the previous generation of the H-1 model. The manufacturer plans not only to retain its customers, but also to lure users of other premium models. Thanks to the premium interior and all-wheel drive, sales are expected to double compared to the Hyundai H-1.

In total, there will be three versions in Russia: in an 8-seat version (from 2 million 999 thousand rubles to 3 million 749 thousand rubles), in a 7-seat top-end modification of the Staria Premium business shuttle (from 4 million 049 thousand rubles to 4 million 169 thousand rubles, depending on the engine and type of drive), as well as in the form of a commercial cargo van (from 2 million 149 thousand rubles to 2 million 449 thousand rubles, depending on the configuration).

Overall dimensions of Hyundai Staria are 5253 mm x 1997 mm x 1990 mm with a wheelbase of 3273 mm. The cargo volume of the trunk is 831 liters, the maximum volume is about 4000 liters with the rear seats folded down.

Hyundai Staria is equipped with a 2.2-liter CRDi diesel engine with 177 hp. or a Smartstream G3.5 gasoline engine with a power of 249 hp. In Russia, passenger versions will only be equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission, while the cargo version of Staria Van will also be available with a 6-speed "mechanics". The diesel version of the Staria minivan will be offered with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, while the petrol version of the model and the Staria Van will be available only with front-wheel drive.

The car received a digital instrument panel, a 10.25-inch multimedia system screen and a push-button electronic gear selector. The central tunnel is equipped with cup holders, USB ports and an additional storage compartment.
