EVGA X12 Gaming Mouse 8KHz Polling Rate

EVGA unveiled the X12 gaming mouse at CES 2022. This device uses a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M33 based microcontroller. The mouse is designed to be connected via USB 2.0, but the polling rate is not the usual 1000 Hz for gaming mice, but 8000 Hz, which, according to the manufacturer, ensures high tracking accuracy.

The mouse has a Pixart 3389 optical sensor and a sensor that determines the distance from the surface. In the settings, the lift-off distance at which the mouse stops tracking movements can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

The shape of the mouse is equally suitable for a left or right hand grip. The USB cable is wrapped in a textile sheath. Good sliding on the surface is ensured by Teflon feet. Customizing your mouse can be done with EVGA Unleash RGB software, which lets you create and save up to five custom profiles to the mouse's on-board memory, which you can switch between on the fly. The EVGA X12 mouse supports NVIDIA Reflex Analyzer technology, which enables gamers to accurately measure system latency.
