Russia (bbabo.net) - Popular Russian TV presenter Mikhail Zelensky has died at the age of 46.

The showman died on vacation in the Dominican Republic, the Russian Embassy in this country told RIA Novosti. The circumstances of the tragedy have not yet been specified.

Mikhail Zelensky was born on September 7, 1975 in Moscow. Later, his family moved to Khabarovsk, where Mikhail entered the Khabarovsk Medical Institute and the Khabarovsk Institute of Physical Culture, combining his studies with work as a DJ on Radio A.

In 1996, after returning to Moscow, Zelensky entered the Moscow Institute for Advanced Training of Television and Radio Broadcasting Workers - on courses for television and radio presenters.

For a long time he worked on the channel "Russia 1", where he hosted the programs "Vesti-Moscow" and "Live". On the Kultura channel, Zelensky hosted the Ticket to Bolshoi program, was a channel observer and host of the Culture News program. Earlier, Zelensky hosted news on TV Center and worked on the air of Russia-24. He taught at the Ostankino Higher School of Television.
