Every fourth Russian is sure that at work he squeezes out more energy than he consumes (27%). On average, Russians estimate their personal efficiency at work at 84%.
Russians assess the efficiency of their colleagues as 15% lower than their own: an average of 69%. And only one in eleven claims that colleagues work with an efficiency of over 100%.
Men estimate their efficiency at an average of 82%, women - at 88%. Both women evaluate the effectiveness of their colleagues approximately the same: by 68 and 69%, respectively. Only Russians over 45 are a little more loyal to their colleagues: they estimate their efficiency at an average of 73%. Russians under 34 are critical of themselves and their colleagues: they estimate their personal efficiency at an average of 82%, the efficiency of their colleagues - at 66%.
The survey was conducted from February 1 to February 11, 2022 in all districts of Russia among 1,600 people with permanent jobs.
