Interrogation of prosecution witnesses continued on Tuesday. At the beginning of the meeting, Navalny and his lawyers tried to play an intrigue with the allegedly missing witness Fyodor Gorozhanko, who was allegedly "pressed by the investigation" and who needs to be found and brought to court. He spoke in court the day before and, according to the defendant, he should have continued to testify today, which would be in favor of the convicted blogger. What Navalny did not know, however, was that Gorozhanko had posted on social media that he no longer intended to appear in court. At the same time, the state prosecutor Nadezhda Tikhonova noted that in court the witness for the most part repeated the same testimony that he had given during the investigation.

After that, the prosecutor invited the investigator of the Investigative Committee Alexander Kemerov to the court, who interrogated Gorozhanko as a former employee of the FBK ("Anti-Corruption Fund" - an extremist organization-foreign agent banned in Russia, liquidated by a court decision). "The interrogation was voluntary, he himself appeared in the investigation department, and without a lawyer. I explained his rights to him and said that he could bring a defense lawyer, but he refused, he testified himself," investigator Kemerov testified in court. After that, the defendant and his lawyers tried several more times to convince the court that it was necessary to interrupt to search for a witness. However, in the end, the next witness was called - a well-known blogger and lawyer Ilya Remeslo. We can say that Craft is the main antipode of the blogger Navalny, because it was he who, even before all the official criminal cases on especially large-scale fraud, was the first to openly speak and expose Navalny and his team.

As the witness told the court, in 2016 he learned that Navalny was planning to run for the presidency of the Russian Federation, and since then he has been monitoring the financial activities of FBK, in which he found a number of serious violations. In his opinion, Navalny's organization ignored such a thing as a targeted electoral account, collecting money wherever possible and for everything. In his opinion, Navalny did not have other sources of income, except for donations to political activities, and freely used these funds to maintain a high standard of living. At the same time, according to Remeslo, Navalny's trips abroad for holidays strangely each time coincided with the cashing out of bitcoins, which came to Navalny's election campaign as donations. According to the witness, most of Navalny's funds and organizations were created not for political activities, but for dubious transactions and money laundering. According to his calculations, more than 100 million rubles of donations were stolen from open sources.

Now Navalny, whom Rosfinmonitoring has included in the registerrorists and extremists, is serving a term in a general regime colony in the Vladimir region. On February 2 last year, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow, on the proposal of the Federal Penitentiary Service, canceled his suspended sentence in the Yves Rocher case and replaced it with a real one of three and a half years in a colony.
