On February 6, the first UFC Fight Night of the new year will take place, within which Kazakhstani fighter Shavkat Rakhmonov (14-0) and Guyanese prospect Carlston Harris (17-4) will meet.

The third fight of Rakhmonov under the auspices of the UFC was eagerly awaited not only by compatriots, but also by foreign fans of mixed martial arts. At 27 years old, Nomad is considered one of the most promising prospects of the new generation. Experts unanimously say that he will confidently enter the rating and adequately fight for the welterweight title.

This is not hard to believe. In 2013, Rakhmonov became the youngest world champion in mixed martial arts among amateurs. In 2019, he took the M-1 Global championship.
